It’s just over three years since the podcast associated with this blog began and so, as a little celebration of that, and to say thank you to all of you who take the time to listen, here's the theme tune to the podcast. I wrote this piece of music many years ago as a birthday present for my wife, Susanna, without whom very little would be possible. It’s been played live a fair few times in various bands I’ve worked with, but for a long time it remained unrecorded. Then, in 2017, the opportunity arose to record it in the midst of a session that, alas, never got released. Hey ho . . . but that’s the way it goes sometimes. I doubt it will ever get a proper release, so this mini-release here will have to do. I hope you will enjoy it in the absence of a regular episode this week.
