And, given that winter trees feature in this photo, I cannot resist sharing with you here, John Tilbury’s wonderful performance of Terry Jennings’ 1965 piano piece, Winter Trees. It’s sublime . . . as was the winter walk out from Cambridge and along the River Cam to Grantchester.
