Its so beautiful. How long has the tree been there? I wish we had one here. But I doubt it will grow.
Dear Vince, yes, it is beautiful, isn't it! I'm not sure how old it is, but as it can grow to between 8 - 12 m tall, I'd say this is still a young tree. And, although I cannot be sure, I do not recall it being there when we first moved to Cambridge in 2000 . . . so perhaps 10 or 12 years old. I'll ask next time I'm there.
