Wednesday Photo: David’s Bookshop, Cambridge, on a spring day

David’s Bookshop is a Cambridge institution, not unlike the famous the Shakespeare & Company Bookshop in Paris. A couple of weeks ago, I was passing by it and took this photo. There seems to me to be a certain Parisian vibe about the scene . . .

I'm glad you enjoyed the photo. It remains a very good bookshop and, I'm pleased to say, that the owner recently told me it's seeing lots of customers. So, there's a chance it will stay open for at least a while yet . . .
